Become a runner in just 8 weeks!

Have you ever wanted to become a runner?
Have you started Couch to 5k and not been able to finish it?
Have you stopped running and are finding it hard to get back into it?
If the answer is yes, then this is the course for you!

My 8-week '30 Non-Stop' running course is designed to take you from a beginner to running for 30 minutes non-stop. 

We'll have a weekly group run and meet-ups on Wednesdays starting September 11th in Bristol, BS5. You'll then have two runs to complete before the next group run. 

 

Are you going to miss a week?
No sweat! You'll be briefed on what you need to do plus you'll have the accountability and support from myself and the group to keep you going.

The last run of the course will be with my running group Ravers2Runners around the Bristol Harbourside.

Weekly in-person sessions @ 6.30pm
Starting:
Wednesday 11th September
Ending:
Wednesday 6th November

Meet at The Red Church, church road, bs5 8ae

 

Each run will be for 30 minutes gradually building the periods ran over walked in that time (eg, 2 mins run, 1 min walk for 30 mins) until we're non-stop running for the full duration.

 

Stretch, strength and mobility support and information on hydration, nutrition and recovery will also be provided.

All details on what to wear and bring once registered.
