One-to-One

Bespoke training & programming to meet your individual needs and requests. These sessions are designed to keep you on track to reach your specific goals.

​

Whether it's to get stronger, fitter or moving more freely with less pain and more ease, personal training can help as they're for you and your body.

​

We'll work together to discuss your goals and make a plan based on this. You'll be given a program to work with outside of our sessions along with ongoing support and motivation.

Doubles

These are the same as the one-to-one Personal Training sessions, there's just two of you instead of one. This can be a friend, partner, family member, or there's scope to team up with one of my current students.

​

It's a more cost-effective and sociable form of personal training that's fun and gains excellent results.

 

The training will still be specific to your individual goals, they don't have to be the same as each other, and I'll ensure you're both getting the training and support you need along the way.
